At Butt Traders, we aim to provide high-quality machinery and
parts. Our policy for returns and refunds is as follows:

Checking Warranty
Most motor vehicle parts and electronics come with a 3-day
checking warranty from the date of purchase or delivery.

Uninstalled Condition
Parts must be returned in their original, uninstalled condition
with sealed packaging. Once a part is installed in a vehicle or
machinery, it is non-returnable.

Electronic Parts
Due to their sensitive nature, electronic and
telecommunications parts are only eligible for exchange if a
manufacturing defect is proven before installation.

Repair Services
Labor charges for motorcycle or motor vehicle repairs are
non-refundable once the service has been completed and the vehicle is
collected.

Machinery and Equipment
Heavy machinery and industrial equipment are sold with a
specific manufacturer warranty. Returns are only accepted for «Dead on
Arrival» (DOA) units.

Restocking Fee
Returns for «change of mind» or incorrect ordering by the
customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Proof of Purchase
A valid physical receipt or digital invoice from Butt Traders
is mandatory for all refund or exchange claims.

Sale Items
Items sold during «Clearance Sales» or as «Used/Refurbished»
are final sales and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an
item to our Lahore hub, unless the error was made by our staff.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or
JazzCash/Easypaisa within 7–10 business days.
