Butt Traders ensures the efficient delivery of parts and
machinery from our central Lahore warehouse to customers nationwide.

Lahore Local Delivery
Orders within Lahore (Shalimar Town area) are typically
delivered within 24 hours via local riders or our own transport.

Nationwide Shipping
For other cities, we use reputable courier services
(TCS/Leopards) for small parts and specialized cargo services for heavy
machinery.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders
placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges
Within Lahore: Flat PKR 200.
Nationwide: Calculated based on parcel weight and dimensions (starting
from PKR 300).

Heavy Machinery Logistics
Shipping for heavy equipment is quoted separately based on the
distance and equipment needed for loading/unloading.

Tracking IDs
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or the contact
of the cargo driver will be shared with you via WhatsApp.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and active phone number are
correct to avoid return-to-origin (RTO) charges.

Damages in Transit
We advise customers to inspect parcels upon arrival. Any
external damage should be reported to the driver immediately and noted
on the receipt.

Free Shipping
We offer free delivery on parts orders above PKR 15,000 within
Lahore.

Warehouse Pickup
Customers are welcome to visit our Kachaa Ravi Road location
for direct pickup of parts or machinery to save on shipping costs.
