By engaging with Butt Traders for purchases or repairs, you
agree to comply with the following professional terms and
conditions:

Agreement
Using our services or purchasing items from our shop
constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy/Refund
policies.

Pricing
All prices are in PKR. We reserve the right to adjust prices
without notice due to market fluctuations in metal, machinery, or
currency rates.

Repair Liability
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for the
failure of secondary parts that break during the repair of an old or
poorly maintained vehicle.

Machinery Use
All industrial machinery and telecom equipment should be
installed by certified professionals. We are not liable for damages
caused by improper installation.

Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale pricing is strictly for registered dealers and
workshops. Reselling our products as an «authorized partner» requires
written consent.

Payment Terms
Standard retail orders are Cash on Delivery or Advance.
Wholesale and Machinery orders require a 50% deposit and 50% before
delivery.

Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left at our repair center for more than 7 days after
completion of work will be subject to a daily storage fee of PKR
200.

Limitation of Liability
Butt Traders is not liable for any indirect or consequential
damages resulting from delays in machinery delivery or vehicle
downtime.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our
control, such as strikes, courier delays, or political unrest in
Lahore.

Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or
business found to be violating our policies or engaging in abusive
behavior toward staff.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal
disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Lahore.
